Meet Jason Kahl, a seasoned Managing Broker and Realtor with a diverse career spanning over 30 years. Jason has established himself as a trusted and respected figure in the field, earning the admiration of clients, colleagues, and industry professionals alike. He has been a Managing Broker and partner of Kahl Realty and now JKS Realty & Property Management for 20 years and prior to that he was the Managing Broker with both Keller Williams and Ocean City Realty and a licensee with Sutton Group and Re/Max.
Jason has been active with the Real Estate Board in several capacities including Chair of the Victoria Real Estate Board’s Commercial Division, Chair of the BC Commercial Council and have also been a member of numerous committees and task forces.
As a newly licensed realtor, Jason quickly distinguished himself through his commitment to professionalism, integrity, and superior customer service. Meet Andrea Paris
As a Vancouver Islander for over three decades, Andrea has had a chance to immerse herself in the vast offerings of Vancouver Island; from the expansive Parksville beaches and variety of Nanaimo lakes to the murals of Chemainus and the indigenous totems of Duncan. There is no life that beats the Island life! Andrea is pleased to call it her home and looks forward to working with both new and current residents, as well as visitors to help them experience the best the island has to offer.
Andrea has an authentic presence and a sheer vibrancy to her – colleagues highly regard her as resourceful, factual, passionate, and extremely knowledgeable. With 33 years on the Island, her knowledge isn’t just limited to literature – she is actively engaged in each community and prides herself on being the first to know about any nugget of information that could affect property prices or reveal a time sensitive opportunity for one of her clients.
When she is not hard at work, Andrea indulges herself with Latin dancing. She also enjoys spending time with her girlfriends, enjoying the great outdoors and indulging in a good cup of hot cocoa. She finds humor in the little things and never misses the opportunity to make a kind gesture.
Over the past six years, Andrea has had the opportunity to provide residential real estate services while helping local communities and fellow real estate professionals on business and personal development.
